Dennis E. González is a seasoned government affairs and healthcare strategist with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning federal and state government, public health, healthcare policy, regulatory affairs, and intergovernmental relations.
Prior to founding González Strategies & Solutions, Dennis completed a distinguished 21-year career with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Secretary, where he served in senior leadership positions in Region II. His responsibilities encompassed New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and federally recognized Tribal Nations. During his federal career, he worked across multiple presidential administrations and collaborated extensively with senior federal officials, governors’ offices, state and local health agencies, healthcare organizations, community leaders, and other public- and private-sector partners.
Before joining HHS, Dennis spent 16 years in New Jersey state government, serving in leadership and policy positions within the Governor’s Office, the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Health, and other state entities. This experience provided him with an extensive understanding of state government operations, healthcare and human services policy, regulatory processes, and the intersection between federal, state, and local government.
Throughout his career, Dennis has been particularly committed to strengthening healthcare systems and improving services for underserved and vulnerable populations. His work has included public health and behavioral health policy, healthcare access, emergency preparedness and response, grants and program administration, regulatory navigation, and the coordination of complex initiatives involving multiple levels of government.

Sandra Pinnock brings more than 20 years of distinguished federal service and over 30 years of corporate executive experience, combining a deep understanding of government with extensive private-sector leadership and organizational expertise.
Most recently, Sandra served as a senior official with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the Secretary in Region II (New York). In this role, she worked on a broad range of public health and human services matters affecting New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Tribal Nations, supporting federal initiatives and engagement with state, local, territorial and Tribal partners.
Prior to her federal service, Sandra built a successful corporate career spanning three decades in New York and Los Angeles, where she held leadership positions with responsibilities encompassing management, human capital, marketing and public relations.
An Afro-Latina American and native New Yorker, Sandra has a longstanding commitment to community and human development. She actively supports causes throughout the New York metropolitan area that promote opportunity, equity and positive change.
